Three art deco bracelets stacked
While experimenting with my Tila beads for last week's tutorial, I found myself arranging them in ways that struck me as very art deco. After all, Tilas are flat and square, and the art deco movement was all about geometrics combined with flowing, curved lines . . . such as flowing strands of beads. . . .
Well, at least in my imagination.
The result: I put together this tutorial for another lacy piece, with some swooping angles thrown in for a true art deco touch. Bear in mind that this one is an intermediate level design (to try something simpler, check out the Easy Tila Bracelet Tutorial), and you'll probably need to click on the thumbnail diagrams to cut to the chase. If you have any questions about it, feel free to post a comment below, or over in the forum, or on the new Beadwork Facebook page.
