This week I completed the assembly portion of the little amulet bag I'm making using the Amanda pattern. I also updated the bag pattern to include its two rows of beaded fringe.

You can use this approach to make an amulet bag of just about any size, using any loom beading pattern. You just need to stitch-up the sides with thread (the trick is to stitch down beneath pairs of warp threads) and then add your beaded fringe.
